Got out on FD today. Swapped door over and all trim window reg etc...then put wing on...then tried bumper...not quite right gotta pull pop up light forward...but getting there. Last photo bonnet edge touching rear off pop up cover..need to move forward..shouldnt be a problem...thought i had it spot on but when bonnet bolted to hinges still needs a tweak or 2.

I just done some reading up..i think im wrong...the bike i had was a Spanish Suzuki GSXR..it wouldnt pass a uk test had no left kicker and 2 h7 lamps init...i converted to h4...and it passed...
My fd had aftermarket lights no pop up halogen h7s no beam pattern atall.basically driving lamps.
From what ive read the lens as re5 says the lens converts the beam for left or right kick. Soz for any confusion. I was pretty sure the h4 created the beam but according to what i just read im wrong.....

Yes i agree with a h7 or halogen or hid but the old h4 lamp the beam is generated by the lamp not the lens. I learnt the hard way.
Not saying the fc has h4 i dont know but pretty much every car 80s 90s had h4s fitted just something to investigate.

I went through this on a jap import bike and my fd trying to get an mot.
If fc uses h4 lamp then the left kicker comes from the h4 lamp not the fc lenses. So when you see cars with the tape over lenses this is cancelling out the left beam kicker and stops you dazzling other uses when driving on the wrong side...maybe just a case of getting continental h4 lamps with kicker on right.
The tape over lens makes the beam flat.

No grip for a lap then limpit grip...thats how the Westy is on slicks.
I looked on ebay for btcc slicks none on there. Think id have more oil in the catch tank  than sump with my current set up mind.
Is this Thunder series rolling start? Would have thought so.

This is his work, 6 months on. The low price does not reflect the quality of work. There are  about 5 spray shops where i live so healthy competition...

Thats to me as i put a fair bit of work his way,  and do not set him any time limits.. my eunos  was done by him on that criteria, public first.
I suspect 2.5 to 3k. Introduced via me. Last 7 he done was mint.
