Title: Just bought a RX8 and looking for advice.

Hi Guys
Ive just bought a RX8 and also new to MRC.
The car ive bought is on a 56 plate with 25,000 miles. I took a m8 of mine with me who has had a RX7 so we kinda knew what to look for.
 
with the knowledge we have there are no signs of any water coming from the exhaust or the coolant light being on which could indicate coolant leaking into the engine because of a rotor tip being broken.
 
Im just wondering if there was anything else i needed to know, ie compression testing to make sure there is nothing wrong with the engine?
 
Any advice would be greatly recieved as i pick the car up on tuesday.

So what spec is the RX-8? Any mods?

Look forward to seeing some photos when you pick her up.

The car is standard, no mods at all. Its the 231, which my insurance just loved lol oh and silver.

Good colour, worth looking at the RX8 owners club site for the detailed FAWs and the like.
