Called AON for a quote and they said they cant insure me till im 30!! :Grrr
Bloody hell im 29 in 3 weeks
Anyone else had this problem with them?
-
Yeah same thing, I\'m 27 and they didn\'t want to know
-
It will be Royal Sun Alliance, whom their specialist insurance is through, that have increased (yet again) the age limit.
-
Yeah, they increased the age limit a while ago. Too many write-off\'s probably. It also has to be a second car.
-
Thats a shame. I turn 25 at the end of the year and was going to use them. Oh well, their loss.
-
Guys I\'m with AON and am 27 but is as a second car though £450 fully comp with 5000miles a year on it.
-
They wouldnt let me have it as a 2nd car lol
-
There are advantages to being 30 :evillaugh
-
i heard that but managed to get it when i spoke with the main man Adam i think it was he still sorted it no worries back in Jan.

-
They wouldn\'t insure mine as a first car and I\'m 30 - told me that it should be my second car!
-
That doesent make sence, im 26 and was insured with them untill my rx went up in flames. Ive just rung them for a quote on a new rx7 fd3s n its gone up £50 after a £5500 claim. And im still 26 ???
-
I was originally insured with AON when i was 28

I was insured last year with Aon but this years renewal on my uk TII cab (27, garaged, cat2, limited mileage 5000) was £356, gave Suretem a call and got it for £283! Bargin... :D
