Anything Engine/Performance/Tuning related / supercharged fd project
« on: December 30, 2011, 01:50:45 PM »
This is very true ^^^^^

I dont think youve taken into account the termal efficiency of the charger!  Is it a roots, screw or compression charger?  The Roots chargers struggle with inlet temps, so a charge cooler is a must!

Depending on the type of charger will depend on the ratios you need to look at for the rev range.  When I supercharged the Atom my charger topped out at 14krpm and the engine redline was 8.5krpm, so was almost 1:2

I was looking at a tripple rotary recently that was running a supercharger.  It was running a huge pulley with a clutched charger that released at 4.5krpm.  Then the 2 GT3540 turbos took over.  It was complicated, but certainly worked well!

I dont think it will be a simple case of bolt on and hope it works...it took me months of research to design the one for the atom, but with over 330bhp out of a k-series it was worth the wait!!

Anything Engine/Performance/Tuning related / injectors on ebay?
« on: November 16, 2011, 03:32:22 PM »
Hi Lee

If you want injectors I can supply big injectors and they will be high impedence ones.

Flow testing, cleaning and servicing the injectors is £10 each.  I can supply a new set of injectors that will suit your application for about £80 each.

If you skimp on injectors and your engine blows up, then you\'ll have a rather large bill!  I can do high impedence top feed primary injectors also.

Drop me over an email and I can chat further with you.

We supply the GAZ units.  There are a good number of our customers out there with them on, and they are an excellent compromise between a race damper and a road damper.

You have a choice:
Single adjustable (changes both bump and rebound at a set proportion)
With Top mounts £936
Without Top mounts (uses your existing ones) £648

These prices are including VAT, Postage and Packing is £15
We can fit them for you too.

Rotary and General Chit-Chat / rear pillow ball bushes
« on: November 01, 2011, 08:45:00 PM »
I can do a complete kit for £174.83+vat (£209.79). Delivery is £8.50+vat (£10.20)

Total £219.99 delivered to your door.  These are much stronger than the OE bushes. They will last longer, don\'t need as much maintainence.

We have over 100 kits out in circulation with 100% satisfaction

I think the main criteria for being in this country should be can you read and write English with an exam to test, all other questions are bonuses

I do agree, you should be able to demonstrate that you are capable of reading, speaking, and lastly writing.  I put them in that order as reading is imperative, speaking you can always get around issues with using a different word, and last writing.....there are plenty of spell checkers!

It is difficult to express the need to have the 3Rs (oh the irony) when a vast majority of the UK cannot actually communicate to the standard expected by incoming migrants.

The history side, is a plus point, but I do think it is good to have an understanding as to where you have come from.

No way? How do you know all that stuff??

Aren\'t they changing the law so that you have to be able to speak English before you\'re even allowed to come into the Country now? (I don\'t mean for a holiday before anyone asks).

BTW AR - there\'s a guy trying to contact you on this thread.

Yeah....just seen that, about to contact him....thanks for that.

I rather liked History at school, plus my Mum is involved in politics so I have to keep up with current items, or she birches me!
