https://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/performance/water-methanol-kits/aem-electronics-water-methanol-injection-kit

This looks ideal, it has two knobs one for when you want it to turn on and the other to turn off. Ideal.

I think the smallest nozzle they offer if your not remapping for the WI, just using it for reducing temps won’t necessarily need huge amounts as most of the magic happens inside the compression and ignition part of the cycle. The water particles absorb the combustion taking heat “out” so to speak and then themselves turn into steam.

Pulling this info from a dark corner of my head so might not be entirely accurate.

Chucking too much water in there can make it hard too ignite to mixture, quenching the spark so to speak.

Think there’s a way to calculate how much water based on fuel flow but that’s beyond me

My pleasure. Enjoy this stuff, always wanted to get a standard evo, put a good quality ecu on it. Get an awesome WI kit and some beefy ignition and run some manly boost levels. Just to show people it was a stock engine with some well thought out mods. Would run like a complete stock car too

I can imagine. Lad I know sold his after he got it repaired as it cost a fortune to repair. Bumper, wing bonnet and headlight had to be replaced. Told me the headlight was £700! Think someone had his pants down there though?
